Missing or unattested documents are one of the most common reasons good scholarship applications fail. Start collecting these at least three months before your first deadline — attestation and test results take weeks.
Identity and travel documents
- Passport valid for at least the length of your programme plus six months. Many scholarship forms require the passport number, so renew it before you apply if it expires soon.
- National ID card (CNIC for Pakistan) and, for under-18 applicants, a B-form or birth certificate.
- Passport-size photographs to the exact specification of each portal (size, background colour, file format).
