Overview
Campus France runs the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship on behalf of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. You cannot apply yourself: the French institution you apply to nominates you. Each university sets an internal deadline well before Campus France’s (January 2027).
Example: Université Paris Cité’s internal deadlines for 2027 are 29 October 2026 (master’s) and 2 November 2026 (PhD). Results are expected from 12 April 2027.
