Annual tuition starts from about €1,300 for bachelor's and €2,300 for master's, depending on the university and program. State scholarships — which in most cases cover both tuition and living expenses — are open to citizens of selected non-EU countries for full-time master's study; universities also give individual grants based on achievement and need. International students can compete for state-funded PhD places.
