Overview
The Islamic University of Madinah offers external (full) scholarships to international students living outside Saudi Arabia. Programs include Shariah, Qur’an and Hadith, Arabic language, law, business economics, engineering, computing and sciences. Theoretical colleges teach in Arabic; scientific colleges teach in English (IELTS/TOEFL needed from non-English-speaking countries).
Applications are made online through the Study in Saudi Arabia platform during the yearly admission window announced by the university.
Who can apply
Applicants living outside Saudi Arabia, aged 17–25, with a general high school certificate obtained within the last five years, good conduct, medical fitness, two recommendations and no previous scholarship from another Saudi institution.

Funding package
Free tuition, university housing, monthly stipend, arrival and graduation allowances, book shipping allowance, a yearly economy ticket home, subsidized meals and free medical care.
