Overview
DAAD’s EPOS programme (Development-Related Postgraduate Courses) funds professionals from developing countries for selected master’s programmes in Germany in economics, engineering, public health, environment, governance and more. You apply to the programme directly (often via uni-assist), and the university nominates you to DAAD.
Example: Hochschule Rhein-Waal’s 2026 application period ran 1 May – 1 June 2026 for a 2027 start. Each EPOS programme sets its own window — see the DAAD EPOS brochure.
